Subject says it all. I'm very intrigued by Start.ca's "Plus" offerings where they bump your upload to 10mbit on any plan. Turning a 45/4 into 45/10 sounds like the perfect speeds for me. Is there any chance TSI could offer this sort of thing in the (near) future ? I am a heavy user so Start's traffic management makes them a non-starter (ba-dum-TSS!), but I would jump all over this at TSI.
