[Portal] Customer portal for MLPPP accounts

Hi All, I recently got an e-mail with the following content: You have currently used 52% of your monthly bandwidth limit of 300GB for service High Speed DSL 25 Pro (CID: XXXXX, OID: XXXXX). For more information regarding your usage, please sign in or register for a free account at https://myaccount.teksavvy.com/. I registered with "My Account (BETA)" to see what this e-mail was about and found some misleading information that might confuse MLPPP customers like I am. My suggestions for TekSavvy support: First of all the usage is obviously wrong. It is 0 for one of the lines. It's not clear then what you are reporting on the second line, either it is total usage or for the line only. To be honest I'd like to see my total monthly usage for the MLPPP account which is limit of 600GB an not for each separate line. ~156GB is NOT 52% of 600GB you warned me about. Also there is a confusion in "Monthly Subtotal". Why some additional services I'm paying for were applied to the second line. This additional amount should belong to my account and not to the one of the services within the account. My 2 cents that may help TekSavvy developers to clean up their Beta Customer Portal. Thank you!
