Outbound mail is not being sent to recipients. The host acknowledges receipt but fails to relay onwards.
I have an 3 week old ticket regarding an issue whereby spurious 554s are returned...still pending resolution.
Shall I open another ticket in direct regarding 220 sessions not relaying properly?
I have no idea how email can be so broken and unreliable... test mail to gmail work. Test mail to office don't. Actual mail to contacts (different domains) on Feb-9 and Feb-11 were never received.
What kind of diagnostic information can I provide to help?
I send a note to gmail first to confirm that works and then follow with an actual note asking for confirmation. This is not a good way to showcase ISP capabilities.
