Had my 25/10 dsl installed a couple of hours ago.
Everything on the sagemcom 2864 looks fine.
It says I am connected to internet and when I try to go online
it redirects me to bell login page which is where the teksavvy login info I received does not work saying it does not match their record.
I called technical support and they said it might not be "fully" active yet, but I fail to understand what that means. I'm assuming my physical line itself is active since it is redirecting me to bell's web interface before my home page is loaded. Does this mean that my login info isn't registered or activated on bell's database? Can someone clear this one up for me?
