I have been experiencing multiple outages in the North York area for a while now. It doesn't last long but can happen multiple times a day like today. While it is a minor inconvenience having to wait, all those minor inconveniences have been building up and I am on the verge of getting majorly pissed enough to switch providers. Is there a way for me to extract a log or something and send it to Teksavvy for them to diagnose this?
