Since moving back to Ottawa I've been getting occasional double nat errors on my wireless router - these never happened in London with the same equipment. I called tech support yesterday and it was suggested that my "modem was clogged with data from browsing web sites" - I was in awe that this was the diagnosed problem. It happened a couple times again tonight so I grabbed screenshots and sent them in to show how the airport extreme was reporting double nat with a 192.168.100.10 IP address and how it would correct itself within a minute. I got a reply from tech support telling me they don't support routers. One step forward, two steps back.
Anyhow, I'm at a loss. Ideas?
