After the initial phone call and $300 setup fee, I'm given a 10 day waiting period, with a NINE HOUR time window, where I have to stay at home. Then the tech is a no show with no phone call, your service reps have no idea why. They give me a NEW install day now 5 days away, after some arguing somehow that magically turns into 2 days. The tech FINALLY shows up and say that the modem TekSavvy sent me is "no good". He leaves without troubleshooting it. I call back, and your reps give me more BS, they're not our tech, we're forced to do this, forced to that. Guess what TekSavvy excuses are like assholes, everybody's got one and they ALL STINK. I don't care about your excuses, JUST MAKE MY INTERNET WORK!!!!!!
