Hi,
I've been holding off and was hoping the issue will resolve itself, but after experiencing the issue for almost a month now, and with it seemingly becoming worse, I thought I'd finally reach out and see if anyone knows what the issue may be.
I currently live at York mills and DVP area, and for the last 3-4 weeks, the internet connection will randomly drop, and then pop back up within 10-30 seconds or so. There's no pattern that I can determine, and it happens at all times throughout the days with some days being better than others.
I initially thought it was my router causing this issue as the router is old, so I've now ordered a new router, but while waiting for it to come, I thought I'd take steps to diagnose the issue incase it wasn't the router causing the issue.
So I took the following troubleshooting steps:
- Took router out of the equation, and plugged computer directly to modem
- Changed Ethernet cables with 3 others, and even bought a new one (I seriously doubted this to be a potential cause, but thought I'd try)
- Plugged modem directly to wall outlet
- Tried with different computers
All of the above steps did nothing to resolve the issue, which leads me to believe it's not an issue on my side that I can fix.
Through 192.168.100.1, this is the info from my modem:

I've run out of options at this point, and I doubt a new router's going to fix the issue.
If anyone has any ideas on what I can try to address this problem, or if anyone knows an on-going issue with this area, I would greatly appreciate it.
