[Cable] Frequent cable internet connection drops

Hi, I've been holding off and was hoping the issue will resolve itself, but after experiencing the issue for almost a month now, and with it seemingly becoming worse, I thought I'd finally reach out and see if anyone knows what the issue may be. I currently live at York mills and DVP area, and for the last 3-4 weeks, the internet connection will randomly drop, and then pop back up within 10-30 seconds or so. There's no pattern that I can determine, and it happens at all times throughout the days with some days being better than others. I initially thought it was my router causing this issue as the router is old, so I've now ordered a new router, but while waiting for it to come, I thought I'd take steps to diagnose the issue incase it wasn't the router causing the issue. So I took the following troubleshooting steps: - Took router out of the equation, and plugged computer directly to modem - Changed Ethernet cables with 3 others, and even bought a new one (I seriously doubted this to be a potential cause, but thought I'd try) - Plugged modem directly to wall outlet - Tried with different computers All of the above steps did nothing to resolve the issue, which leads me to believe it's not an issue on my side that I can fix. Through 192.168.100.1, this is the info from my modem: Diagnostics: Status Code: Operational Software Version: STAC.02.16 Software Model: a81a Bootloader: 2.3.0 Cable Signal Details Forward Path: Channel Frequency Power SNR BER Modulation 1 615.0 MHz 3.0 dBmV 40.8 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 2 621.0 MHz 3.2 dBmV 40.8 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 3 633.0 MHz 2.9 dBmV 40.8 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 4 639.0 MHz 3.4 dBmV 40.9 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 5 645.0 MHz 2.9 dBmV 40.4 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 6 651.0 MHz 2.5 dBmV 40.3 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 7 657.0 MHz 2.5 dBmV 39.7 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 8 663.0 MHz 2.8 dBmV 40.1 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM Return Path: Channel ID Frequency Power Modulation 1 38.6 MHz 42.8 dBmV 64 QAM 2 30.6 MHz 44.3 dBmV 64 QAM 3 23.7 MHz 42.8 dBmV 64 QAM 0 0.0 MHz 1.0 dBmV QPSK Data Service Details Provisioned Address: Yes Provisioned Time: Yes Provisioned Configuration: Yes Registered: Yes BPI: Enabled Here's some log errors: Time Priority Description Time Not Established Warning (5) DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response ;CM-MAC... If anyone has any ideas on what I can try to address this problem, or if anyone knows an on-going issue with this area, I would greatly appreciate it.
