Lost Internet around 3:30-4pm today; modem just not showing a solid uplink light. Did a power cycle, but no good. (M4K area = Pape/Cosburn. Where old Comstock POI was, and before that Bloor.)
With all the outage notices and topics on the forums, what's the procedure for figuring out what's wrong? Wait and see? Create post immediately in the direct forums?
