[DSL] Sagemcom 2864 Serial Number

Hi there, First time post. I have a Sagemcom F@ST 2864 modem that I'm hoping to use for the 25/10 dsl plan with Teksavvy. After speaking with a few reps, they told me that I can bring my own modem as long as I can provide the serial number. Here's where it gets tricky. My old roommate peeled of the sticker on the modem with the serial number and I don't have the box. Is there any way to get the serial number of the modem through the connection hub? (192.168.2.1 page) Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
