I've noticed a new trend where almost every other topic in the Teksavvy forum is someone complaining about technical difficulties with Teksavvy, or people just generally complaining that Teksavvy is not what it used to be. First things first, the Teksavvy direct forum was created so customers facing issues with their service could get the help required from the right people, why do so many of you on this forum find it necessary to let the world know that you have no sync on your line, or your modem's lights are on but your connection is down? it just clutters the forum and makes more important topics harder to find.
It is probably true that Teksavvy is not as good as it once was, but I think that fact has been established multiple times. If you're still feeling like you should let the people on dslreports.com know, then by all means, please leave a review. I'm not trying to say people shouldn't complain when they are unsatisfied with their customers, just do so where it actually should be done, e.g: Teksavvy direct and reviews of Teksavvy.
