[Cable] Installation Delays

3 weeks later and im still offline The first appt date was 2 weeks from sign up, a bit much but livable. The day came, time off was taken, nobody showed in the 8-5 window... No email was sent, had to call in to find out what happened. Nobody could tell me anything. Just blamed Cogeco for being backed up. At this point i was assured i would recieve email confirmation 48hrs before our next appt time, which could not be given. I guess i wasnt shocked to find a notice on my door 6 days later from Cogeco that they came to set us up. Again no email, no call. At this point i was pissed. Called in again. Again nobody could tell me why. And now here i am again waiting for another 5+ days for hookup. Being told there is nothing anyone can do at this point and passing the buck on Cogeco is complete bs and im not satisfied in the least with the current customer service offered so far. For being the so called best internet option in Chatham Kent, needless to say im not impressed.... Shout out to McDonalds free wifi for keeping me sane during this time lol!
