Hi i signed up for teksavvy DSL service for june 1st. I have not as of yet received any internet service.
I have been through the loop with your tek department, i have done all the trouble shooting possible; including having a bell tek here to inspect the lines, I have spent over 10 hrs on hold and on the phone with various departments of your company. I think at this point it is reasonable to have my services cancelled and a full refund.
Unfortunatley none the supervisors i have spoken to appear to have the authority to do so. Can you help?
