Something strange has happened. I have 25/10 DSL available in my area. I was previously on the unlimited 6Mbps DSL service. I received my new modem today which was the Bell Hub sagemcom.
I installed it, all is set up, have access but getting the exact same speeds i was getting before. Is it possible they just haven't activated it on their end somehow?
I've tried connecting the modem directly as well as through my existing router, same results.
Any ideas/suggestions?
