Finally convinced a friend to go with Teksavvy. They called today and gave up waiting on the phone after 45 minutes. They showed me the call history.
I know you're busy and you can get call backs, but come on guys, that is unacceptable.
I had no good answer when I asked, "hey, did you get teksavvy" and they said they waited 45 minutes and gave up. I felt bad for recommending them and now they are iffy on the whole idea as it leaves a bad taste as a first experience.
I am not one of those people that are saying FIX THIS OR I QUIT, I just hope you guys can get your web ordering to be more intuitive and not make people wait on the phone for hours.
Now I have to convince them to try calling again, but if 10:00 am is an hour wait, I can just imagine what calling in the evening will be.
Frustrated.
