Hey All, I'd like to give a bit of an update on things... On the DSL side of things in Ontario and Quebec, we've just finished some capacity upgrades. We add 20gig of capacity in our E320s as well as 5 more gigs of capacity to the AGASes. It may take a bit of time for things to balance out still but the good news is that there is plenty of capacity there now. Second, on the ATPIA migration. We are turning up the second 10gig aggregated link this Friday. That will mean that all of the load on the first 10gig will get spread across the two 10gig links. The Brampton migration will occur on Monday, one week past it's originally schedule cut-over. We are still waiting to hear back for what will happen to York Mills, that should have happened Monday. It will get pushed back as a result. I'll update as soon as I know more. On the disaggregated front. We will be turning up 3 gig links. One for each of the following; London, Kitchener and 475 Richmond/Ottawa. Other cool stuff.. we've added a free shipping promo for those who order online. We're trying to give incentives to signup online in order to help us better manage call volumes. We've also updated many of our change of service forms in MyWorld in order to be able to take those requests from there also. If you guys can help us manage the call volume in any way, that would be appreciated. A couple weeks ago I believe it was, I posted about our wait times and our staffing plans. I can tell you that we have greatly increased those projections since then. We are currently hiring a significant amount of additional staff. I apologise for the wait times/delays. Please bear with us as we cope with the demand. -- Marc - CEO/TekSavvy
