Hi Broadband Forum
Most of these questions look far more advanced than my level but I'm hoping someone out there can help me with my problem.
I have had my Hotmail account (which morphed into Outlook, but same email address) around 13+ years. On April 5th/13 we switched ISPs _from Bell Sympatico to TekSavvy and on the same day when I logged into my Hotmail, I got the message "Outlook43 account closed; it looks like you may have violated the terms of agreement". This problem occurs regardless of which computer or browser I am using - ie at work, friends' homes etc. Microsoft Help Forum "moderator" tells me this is a Bell problem. Bell Tech Support, of course, says they have nothing to do with Microsoft, Hotmail/Outlook it is web-based email and they can't do anything. They also made me feel like they were going way out of their way because I am no longer a Bell customer. I have a lot of saved files containing letters, photos etc of extreme sentimental value that now appear to be lost forever.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Wilma
