[DSL] Trying to stream kills my connection

I've been playing around with streaming games on Twitch.tv and noticed that lately my connection will die after streaming for a few minutes. My plan is 25/10 with the Sagem F@ST modem so it's not an upload speed issue since I only stream at 2000kbps. I notice that when my connection dies, I can still ping google but all other internet connections fail. I did some researching and it seems that I would need to ask Teksavvy to put me on something called a maintenance profile. The links I read: http://www.xsplit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=91&t=9852#p45873 http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,27829983?hilite=dropbox *the posters were on using Bell Fibe but Teksavvy is essentially the same thing. Before I do that, I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue with uploading killing their connections and if they managed to fix it without ISP intervention. What I've tried so: - Factory Reset, no help - Sagem F@ST Bridge guide and using another router thinking the modem was too weak - Switching to another streaming service (instagib.tv, hashd.tv)
