Considering leaving Teksavvy133;

I start looking for a better ISP for few reasons. Teksavvy NEVER deliver the service they have promised. It’s a big liar. Teksavvy charges me for “Cable 25 Up to 25 Mbps Down / 2 Mbps Up”. Actual speed is 15 Mbps Down / 0.4 Mbps Up. Calling Teksavvy leads nowhere. Two fillings: the contacted person is a complete idiot or absolutely no respect to a client. Even switching to a “close” plan “20 Mbps Down / 0.5 Mbps Up” is impossible. All depends on Rogers. Well, that means Teksavvy is useless. Can somebody make a deal with such cheater? Just 10 days after receiving a bill I got “friendly reminders” that my service will be disconnected. Every business gives 20 - 25 days to pay a bill. Not Teksavvy. They simply do not care about your time. You must drop everything and pay the bill immediately. Are you in a vacation? Are you in a hospital? Teksavvy spits on you and your situation. Pay the bill immediately! Can somebody make a deal with such disrespectful service provider? Teksavvy forgot to bill me for few months. I simply did not notice that (too many bills). They called, we discuss the issue, I did not mind to pay the dew amount. After receiving the bill, as was discussed, I call the accounting to arrange the payment (divide for four months). We had an agreement for the payments. Right from the next day I start getting “friendly reminders” that my service will be disconnected if the FULL amount is not paid. Can someboby make a deal with such cheater?
