Postal Code Locator on website is broken

It's been broken for months, and it's kind of getting annoying. I put in my postal code V5Z 2B6 and it says that service is not in my area. When I called to set up my service, the sales person said that it wasn't in my area. I told him shaw is in my area so it should work. I got TS service, it works. I go to the website after a year. And it doesn't work still. What's the point of advertising on bus stalls when people go to your website and they check to see if they can get service and the website says service is unavailable in any area? This is throwing money down the toilet stuff. All it takes is for someone to see the advertising, check get cancelled online, and they are lost as a customer FOREVER. They won't even visit the website ever again. The web master even acknowedges that it doesn't really work Oops! We were unable to find a product that matches your postal code. If you are sure our results aren't right, you can continue with your order online and we'll manually double check product availability and get back to you. If this doesn't work out, give us a call 1-877-779-1575. This is CEO having a meltdown kind of stuff. Could someone throw me a Postal Code for Vancouver that works so I can see what the prices for Vancouver is please?
