Hey all, This one has been a long time coming. The new webmail is online! It's running in BETA to make sure that if we find kinks, we can iron them out before going live and before removing the old system. The link to the beta system is here: https://mail.teksavvy.com Here are the highlights you need to know: • You can use the old system or the new system right now, they are interchangeable (emails appear in both) except for the contacts. • By default, the contacts in the old system are not in the new system. When we go live, we will copy the contacts from the old system onto the new system and overwrite whatever may have been added in the new system. • If you want to have your contacts in the new beta system, prior to going live, you need to tell us and we will have them manually copied over. Please note however that the master copy is on the old system and it is what will be copied over when we go live. The contacts on the old system are what you need to maintain until we go live. • Different URL during the beta as both email systems run in parallel. – You should only use the new system if you want to be part of the beta. What’s new in TekSavvy Webmail? • Brand new login interface • Login screen optimized for mobile devices • Multiple language selection • Forgotten password reset • Outlook like email editor • Familiar friendly user interface • Drag, Drop, Right Click Option features on the web browser • Multiple preview panes • Enhanced email editor with multiple options • Search Bar to search emails • Save contacts with many options • Save appointments in Calendar • Change Password/ Signature and many Options • Personalize your details • Forward emails from the Interface • And many more… let me know what you think!? I'm pretty excited about this. -- Marc - CEO/TekSavvy
