[DSL] Teksavvy connection service

After many years with cable Teksavvy we move to new house and trying to move reliable internet service with us. First technician visited for connection identified no TV cable in house (sat and bell line only) and was disagree to install new cable line to our house from street tv box. OK we decided to move in DSL world. Account changes, new modem, new technician appointment - plus one more week. Teksavvy rescheduled technician visit without notification, for sure we missed it - new appointment - plus one more week. Technician not appeared as per schedule - new appointment - plus one more week. Now it close to 1 month for awaiting connection Hello Teksavvy - you took payment in advance - why you not able to do the simple staff?
