[DSL] Is it possible to get Teksavvy DSL without cancelling Bell DSL?

I'm trying to convince the people I live with to switch from Bell to Teksavvy. While I'm sure you can all vouch that it's perfectly fine and a good choice, they are not so convinced of how Teksavvy will be and no amount of reviews can sway them. They currently have a package with Bell that is quite a bit discounted and they do not want to cancel and try Teksavvy as they fear it could be worse. They are willing to try Teksavvy for a month and switch if they're happy, the problem is every single Teksavvy support has said we need to cancel Bell first through a 30 day notice. They will not do this, they want to be happy with Teksavvy first. I am totally fine fronting the setup fee and first month cost for Teksavvy to try and convince them, the problem is that from what I have found through googling, this isn't possible without cancelling Bell. Is there any way to have these 2 services in parallel (Even if we can only connect to one at once, jsut without cancelling Bell) for a month?
