Hi, I've been having a lot of problems ever since I signed up with Teksavvy with programs that connect to the internet timing out frequently when they try to connect.
By this I mean things like VOIP programs (Teamspeak, etc), games that need to connect to the internet, SVN repositories, so on and so forth -- at least half of the time, my first attempts to launch these programs time out and fail, and occasionally it can take me up to 5 attempts to get them to connect before they finally do.
I've contacted tech support and thought I had the issue pegged with having to re-enter my Teksavvy info on my modem's connection hub, but this turned out to not be the problem as it continues to persist.
Any ideas? Is it the service, or maybe my lines, or something with the modem, etc?
Should note this has occurred since day 1 of the service about 3 weeks ago.
