I called Teksavvy today to adjust my grandfathered plan.
They told me the only plan I could go to is 6mb download 256 upload from my current 28mb download 1mb upload.
My modem is rated at 30down/30up
I've been with Teksavvy since 2006, when did they becoming gougers like all the rest? My modem is fully functional and I never have problems, all i want is faster uploads (4mb) that is 26mb slower than my modem is capable of!
Awful. I feel horrible for how many people of turned onto Teksavvy in the last half a decade.
