Will TSI routing be different then Shaws? ATTN BC CABLE USERS

Being a gamer I like to have a low ping to as many places as I can. If I can get low ping to a local server that is also great because that will usually mean that I'm not wasting allot of time on my first hop, which happens to be the problem with DSL and ADSL2+, VDSL2 seems to be comparable first hop to a good DOCSIS 3 connection. However I am constantly being connected to different people and servers in different locations around NA, a good example of this is when I play Black Ops 2 on Xbox late-night. I will get thrown into dedicated servers in Florida, other east coast servers are New Jersey, Illinois, and St Louis, none of which I have a problem with, just Florida. I also have connection issues with allot of people in privately hosted games, anyone from Florida, Texas, or almost anywhere in the south = problems for me. I was a longtime Telus DSL customer until February of this year, having many heavy internet users in the house constantly uploading and trying to play video games at the same time with about .8-.9mbps upload doesn't work to well. Having to set QOS to .6mbps in order to solve the problem would result in 1GB+ file uploads to take forever, even though they already did. It was getting so ridiculous we actually had 2 separate Telus connections to solve this problem until we finally made the switch to Shaw. Telus had told me the 25 would be available soon for almost 2 years and i was getting fed up, meanwhile neighbor across the street (i am 7253 he is literally 7254) is able to get the Telus 50. So in February i signed up for Shaw BB50 and after the promotion was up upgraded to BB100, which has since been bumped from 85 to 90. If you want any info on my Shaw connection you can check the link to my review by Shaw under my username. I like my Shaw connection, but I don't like the routing, and I made an article showing Telus vs Shaw routing a while back when I still had accounts active with both providers, here is the link to the ping comparison i did. -http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r28288276-Shaw-vs-Telus-Latency-and-Jitter Ideally I would like to be on TSI DSL 25 or 50 if it were to become available where I live, but I'm not even sure if I can get the 25 here. though it does say I can on the TSI website for my postal code. If I cant get TSI DSL 25 I think my only other option would be TSI Cable 25, which looks very good for the price, however I wouldn't be too exited to downgrade my upload speed unless I'm getting some better routing, is there anyway I will get better routing with TSI cable 25 vs Shaw BB100, or will it be identical? If some TSI DSL ,25 or Any TSI Cable customers in BC could post speed and pingtest results from the skyway west server in Vancouver on speedtest.net and the Lynwood Washington or Calgary Alberta pingtest.net server that would be much appreciated. thx -- Shaw Broadband 100/5 - Cisco DPC3825 - Asus RT-AC66U
