I experienced severe lag yet neither TSI nor Bell was able to see any line issues...swapped out the TP8616 with a Bell 2Wire Gateway and immediately I saw this change in Ping Plotter, where the all the speed came back and packet loss disappeared...
Is there a way to find out what actually went wrong? Did the existing modem go bad? Did Bell change something that require some config change? is there some way I can looking deeper into rather than resorting to voodoo?
