Just thought I'd mention that I have been experiencing something others have mentioned in the past...slow YouTube performance (unable to stream in HD). This was really noticeable last night, I couldn't get any kind of usable stream in 1080 or 720.
The whole time I was getting full 45/4 in speedtests, so I decided to test the theory that this is a routing issue. I turned on my VPN (Private Internet Access) and reloaded the page...the video streamed perfectly in 1080p with lots of extra buffer. As soon as I turned the VPN off, the video became unwatchable again.
It seems really, really likely that there is an issue between TSI's network and YouTube. I can get around it so I don't really care, but someone might want to look into whatever's going on.
