I just wanted to document my issues with Teksavvy since Signing up on August 8, 2013;
1) Still no service
2) two tech supports agreeing to call back and not doing so
3) Teksavvy tech forgetting to send an escallation
4) Teksavvy not responding to request for information from vendor until I contacted teksavvy
5) Charging a second months payment less then twelve hours after confirming that they would not until service was provided. When I contacted teksavvy accounting regarding this I was told that it was automated and there was nothing that could be done. I further asked about refunding the second fee and the credits that were promised throughout the process for lost time and inconvienience and was told it would be applied as a credit next month'.
6) Originally confirmed modem was appropriate for service by tech savvy customer service only to find out two weeks later from a technician that it was not for the type of service I had signed up for with that customer service person.
I have left out all the delays for provisioning as I understand that teksavvy has no control over these issues other then to continually escallate.
That has been my excerience so far. Very disappointed with Teksavvy and would not recommend. At this point I am literally being charged for nothing and teksavvy refuses to refund.
