Since the other forum is locked, I would like to know if anyone on this Teksavvy forum can explain why, if I am already on Rogers, that Teksavvy needs to send a tech out to setup my activation?
Why can't I simply hook up the modem and start surfing? (I bought a modem from Teksavvy)
I've asked Teksavvy this multiple times and the question is evaded each time.
I was hoping to avoid entering another billing cycle with Rogers and at this rate, doesn't look like that's gonna happen. I keep getting told my ticket has been escalated, yet each time I ask for an update I'm told the "vendor hasn't confirmed" yet.
