Let's Protect TPIA for our sake

Sometimes dissatisfied voices here gives a feeling that we all have to drop TPIA services and go back to Rogers/Bell...., because we got disconnected here and there. I TOTALLY understand frustration. But I also think for our sake we have to think a bit deeper. E.g. we have to be fair, if there is RF issue, we all know who we should blame. Anyhow, we should not forget that if there is no TPIA, we might end up paying a lot more for a lot less to access the Internet. There is a feeling, "oh yes, we know that the root cause is from main provide, but TPIA are not capable of or not willing to push harder to resolve the issues with....". But if we yield to that feeling and abandon the TPIA, we are going to lose as consumers. So, I would suggest for our sake as consumers, maybe there should be a grass root movement, trying to push CRTC or maybe the government to protect us as consumers and have some penalty if main provides does not/will not provide necessary support to TPIA customers to have decent services. I don't know how to start, but let's do it, please suggest any help...
