[Cable] Analysis Signal Level

My internet has been down for 1+ week. Issue was RF and supposedly signal issues. I have been able to get internet past few days by not using a splitter (so no internet + tv at same time). Originally I had 4 way splitter, tried 2 way splitter, and no luck outside of direct line. However just today I got it to work with the 2 way splitter and I can use my internet + tv at same time! Currently there is a ticket out to rogers to send technician (1 week, don't even have a date). I'm trying to see if my line is back to normal, and we should cancel the ticket (does it cost me money?). My stats from SB6120 modem. How does it look?
