I'm not so Tech savvy (get it!), but my ping on speedtest has been between 600 and 800ms for the day. This was directly out of the modem after bypassing the router.
I'm in the Bloor/Ossington area. Any tech troubles I should be aware of on the ISP's end, or do I just need a new modem?
