Hi, I'm hoping someone can clarify something for me... my wife and I are looking to buy a house in Dunrobin, ON; north-west of Ottawa. When I enter the postal code (K0A 1T0) into the teksavvy availability check, it indicates to me that I can get High-speed 15 at that location, but if enter the precise address into the Bell availability tool, it indicates you can only get Fibe 5/1 at that location. We called Teksavvy support and they said we can get what the Teksavvy tool indicates, but then I've read from other posts here that if Bell says you can only get 5/1, Teksavvy is not allowed to give you more than their lowest package (which I guess is 6Mbps).
We both work in high-tech and are heavy internet users (Netflix, etc), so the availability of high-speed internet would be a critical factor in us deciding to proceed with buying this house or not.
I'm hoping someone from TSI can create some clarity here... thanks.
