Am I the only one that thinks it's insane that the CRTC is allowing Rogers to charge it's own customers less for unlimited 150/10 service than they do the third party ISPs? They shouldn't be able to pass off the $10/$30 unlimited pricing as promotional while not also allowing third party ISPs to charge that.
I'd love to switch to the 150/10 service when I get put on the aggregated system (I'm on the Wolfedale PHUB), but I NEED unlimited since it's common for me to hit 400GB/mo with Netflix being my primary source of video. I switched from Rogers very specifically because they didn't have unlimited when I was on the 75/2 plan and I was being hit with $100 overage fees on a regular basis.
Is there any plans to challenge the tariffs on this basis?
