[Cable] Website Postal code check is quirky

I'm trying to coax a friend over to TSI cable in Quebec, and noticed if we don't choose "Quebec" from the province dropdown in the top right corner, the postal code check finds no available services. This seems like a major oversight and frankly, my friend would have signed up ages ago if not for this misleading info. It is trivial to get the province from the first letter of a postal code. It would be immensely good to do so on your web site to avoid shooing potential customers away like this.
