I just ordered Teksavvy DSL last week, I went for the 25/10 package in order to work comfortably and livestream casting for games. It has been a few days now and I have not received more than 1/10th of the speed I paid for.

This is my speedtest taken from this morning, for the past 3 days it has remaining at the exact same speed. I know not to expect 100% speeds that they say but I like to think that I can get 80-90% on average.
I have done what I can to check and see if the problem is on my end but after tinkering with the modem and checking online I have not found any solutions. I have sent multiple messages to support and have not heard back yet so this is me reaching out to see if anyone knows what I can do. I really need some speed and I don't want this to be wasted money as I've heard many good things about Teksavvy over the years but could never get it as other apartments had pre-installed internet.
