I am currently on 28Mbps cable and am moving at the end of the month (June 28th). I want to signup with teksavvy at the new place with the same package or the 35Mbps package but my POI will not be upgraded until July 22nd (its the same at the new place as the old place-Ottawa Rchd Rd.), so its not available to move into it right away.
I don't want to go the whole month of July without internet, so if I get onto 28Mbps when I move, will there be a charge to switch speeds to 35Mbps a month later or a 2nd install charge?
